One Day Retreat – Connecting Mind, Body and Soul (Bauple)

This retreat is for those who want to feel connection in their lives.

Escape for a day to a peaceful paradise in Bauple and be rejuvenated and revitalized.

Discover inner harmony and deep relaxation.

Absolutely no previous experience is required.
You never have to have done any of these things before.

You will experience the connection of your mind, body and soul through movement, sound, creativity, fire, earth, and breath.

Your day begins at 9 am with gentle YOGA (chair yoga is available)

You will then participate in a DRUMMING CIRCLE – everything is supplied – no previous experience required – this is a fun and relaxed guided drumming experience.

We then have a lunch break – BYO LUNCH

You will then be offered a wonderful experience using SACRED SOUNDING and CHANTING including ancient mantras to harmonize your body and mind.

You will then be guided through a RELAXATION MEDITATION. We will finish at 4 pm.

Throughout the day you will be making your own PROCESS PAINTING. Everything is supplied and you take this canvas home with you.

For those that wish to stay on we will be lighting the FIRE and having a FIRE CIRCLE. This is to sit and stare into the flames, maybe sing and chant, maybe dance, whatever feels right on the night. A supper of Vegetable soup and crusty bread will be provided. 4.30 pm onward.

Morning and Afternoon Tea is provided with tea and coffee.

Sunday 1st December – 9 am to 4 pm

Event is to be held at “Therapy on the Deck” on 3 acres of beautiful bush land in Bauple. About an hour from Hervey Bay, 3/4 hour from Gympie, 30 minutes from Maryborough… It is an easy drive and only 10 minutes of the main highway with no dirt roads to drive on.

OVERNIGHT options available at THE QUILT B&B in Bauple or the Motel accommodation in Tiaro.
